The Justice Department has unsealed a major indictment charging the leader of the Oath Keepers militia group along with multiple other members with seditious conspiracy related to their alleged coordination in advance of the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol. This marks the Justice Department's first Jan. 6 indictment using the seditious conspiracy charge, which accuses Oath Keepers leader Stewart Rhodes and other members of the group of conspiring to "to oppose by force the execution of the laws governing the transfer of presidential power" from former President Donald Trump to President Joe Biden.

Since no one in the supposed conspiracy was armed, it seems rather dubious. This era reminds me a bit of the Alien and Sedition acts of 1798, that led to the demise of the Federalist Party. Hopefully the Democrats will meet a similar political fate.

Doubt it, most likely have possession of his phone which would give them access to everything including but Signal itself compromised, not likely. Anything is possible though, but I doubt this is the case. Possession of the hardware is the most likely explanation.
And they still won’t charge Pelosi and the Democrats for kneeling in fealty to a Marxist anti-American organization and not only applauding but actively supporting the destruction of cities throughout 2020.

Signal may not be compromised, but if a phone is confiscated and signal messages were not deleted, then they are right there for anyone to see. Signal only encrypts the message in transit. At least thats been my understanding.

I suspect there is no evidence for these charges, but the prosecution knows a Washington DC jury is going to hear all of the non-evidence, and they know they’ll have a democrat judge so even with no evidence any DC jury is going to convict any Trump supporter for anything.

Biden's Justice Dept. finally buckled to Twitter bleucheques who have been screaming to charge someone with anything other than misdemeanor trespassing for this "Greatest attack on American soil since 9/11!"
Any such organization is a daily reminder to the DOJ and FBI that they, in fact, are the seditious conspiracy and have failed to honor their oaths.
They would like Cheney to run for VP instead of Kamala but that would offend the black voters.
