The Justice Department has unsealed a major indictment charging the leader of the Oath Keepers militia group along with multiple other members with seditious conspiracy related to their alleged coordination in advance of the Jan. 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol. This marks the Justice Department's first Jan. 6 indictment using the seditious conspiracy charge, which accuses Oath Keepers leader Stewart Rhodes and other members of the group of conspiring to "to oppose by force the execution of the laws governing the transfer of presidential power" from former President Donald Trump to President Joe Biden.

137 members of the Oath Keepers who work for the FBI unanimously gave testimony that he did everything they told him to do, which should get the three guys who are Oath Keepers not working for the FBI, seven to fourteen years in prison.

Yes, and they want to be able to say that the “insurrection” was so horrible, that the DOJ cannot even arrest everyone involved, there are so many.

Then Liz Cheney can come out and act like she’s saving the country from domestic terrorists.

Yet criminal charges against Andy Cuomo were dropped, dropped cold.

Revolver News did a long piece on Rhodes months ago, and he actually was the only person I’m aware of who spoke in military terms on that day, suggesting that he believed some sort of insurrection was in the works. That is why it was so suspicious that no charges were filed.

Well now, what about the pallets of bricks that were dropped off at strategic locations in Portland, Seattle, Chicago and other cities for the riots during the summer of love? Will they be charged with seditious conspiracy?

Meanwhile, we keep waiting for seditious conspiracy and treason charges against Comey, Clapper, Mueller, Clinton, McCabe, Strzok, Pelosi, Steele, Ohr, Brennan, Perkins Coie, Fusion GPS, and scores more who REALLY conspired against President Trump and to destroy the Republic.

Overcharged but no choice.. sooner or later even the biased dullards in the media were going to report, even a little bit, on the fact that no one has been charged with insurrection or seditious conspiracy. They had to do this or risk having their credibility on the whole “it’s like Pearl Harbor” narrative stripped away

@FordFischer
Rhodes will be an interesting case. I photographed him on the Capitol East side; he was generally speaking to several men, but he did not appear to go inside or physically get involved with the action.

You would have thought the insurrectionists would have brought a few hundred guns.

Unarmed people would have a very hard time seizing a building protected by hundreds of armed Capitol police officers.

“charging the leader of the Oath Keepers militia group”

You mean the leader who was working for the FBI???

How can you charge someone with “sedition” for obeying orders from the government???

Well, this guy is an informant I believe. They probably asked him for his password and he gave it to them.
