HHS’s Becerra Warns ‘People Will Die’ if SCOTUS Knocks Down Vaccine Mandate — ‘Will Be on Their Conscience’

Health and Human Services Xavier Becerra on Monday issued a grave warning if the U.S. Supreme Court were to strike down the Biden administration’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) mandate on COVID-19 vaccination for employers with 100 or more employees.

The court began hearing oral arguments on two separate legal challenges this week.

Becerra told “CNN Newsroom” that “people will die” if the mandate gets struck down. He added that would be on the justices’ “conscience.”

“[H]opefully the plan is that the Supreme Court will recognize that the federal government, the Biden administration has the authority to require these vaccines,” Becerra said. “We know they work. They save lives. We’ve proven it. Here at HHS, with 88,000 workers, nearly 100% of our workers are vaccinated already.”

Host Victor Blackwell asked, “And if they don’t?”

“And if they don’t, well, I think that will be on their conscience,” Becerra replied. “I think there’s some clear authority, legal authority, for us to move forward as we have proposed — both for the private sector workforce and for the health care workforce. And we understand that if we don’t get people vaccinated and covered this way, people will die, and if you’re a health care worker, for sure.”

Yep, the FDA REFUSES to recognize ANY outpatient treatment for covid no matter how many doctors are keeping patients out of hospitals with HCQ and Ivermectin.

If we prohibit companies from make candy and cookies people will die. If we ban tobacco and alcohol people will die. If we prohibit cars from going over 25MPH people will die.

That is life.

Becerra is an ultra leftist Mecha muchacho from California. His main skills are to lie blithely with an arrogant smile on his face. He was asked two months ago about a WIDELY REPORTED Israeli study showing natural immunity to be superior to vexing. “I am not familiar with that study” he sneered. He is not a MD., merely a leftist political hack.

Sadly, the court doesn’t seem to know that.

More lives were destroyed by the shutdowns in 2020 than by the dreaded CoVid.
And more lives will be continued to be destroyed by implementing these mandates.
Of course not providing therapeutics (HCQ, IVM, etc) to the sick also fueled (and fuels) the number of deaths.
Government meddling, and mismanagement, has been the real destroyer of lives - not the Wuhan/FauXi virus.

Xavier Becerra has no scientific training. He is unqualified. Becerra has a law degree. He is more qualified to run a taco stand than comment on anything medical.

My cousin just learned she has myocarditis. She is younger than I am and was perfectly healthy. She started feeling ill within a week of her last Pfizer shot.

My brothers who have the same shot have had no issues after 6 months.

But for every individual who fears what happened to my cousin, we need to bury, alive and screaming if necessary, the notion that everyone must be subjected to a one size fits all approach to resolve this chicom plague.

The issue for the court is a legal one.

It concerns the OSHA mandate.

The vaccines don’t seem to prevent omicron transmission.

The vaccines do tend to prevent infections from becoming very serious.

It is not at all a proven fact that say 95 vaccinated infected persons are less of a workplace threat than say 100 unvaccinated infected persons.

The unvaccinated persons will probably get sicker and may be far more likely to take a sick day and thereby safeguard their co-workers.

They will also probably get sick faster. An unvaccinated person infected on Friday may be very sick by Sunday afternoon. A vaccinated person infected on Friday may only get noticeably sick on Monday afternoon.

To be sure, clinical trials and mathematical analysis would need to be conducted.

Getting vaccinated is generally a good thing individually for older adults and unhealthy persons.

Yeah, but the NATION will die if the SCOTUS continues not sticking to its knitting and determine the constitutionality of LAWS. They have no business taking account of how many people might die as a result of their decision.

I’d happily accept a few more deaths if we can preserve the Republic and our form of government.

If the Supreme Court justices actually did their appointed jobs, and no more, it would be one of the easiest jobs there is. The Constitution was written very deliberately to be understandable to the average citizen. It’s not written in stilted, impenetrably complex legalese. The only portions where the authors’ intent might not be blatantly obvious are less clear only because of changes in meaning of certain words over time. In those very limited cases, it is dead easy to go back to the other writings of the authors to ascertain what they intended. It is also possible to simply look at the actions of those very same people immediately after ratification (such as Congress appropriating public funds to purchase Bibles and hire preachers to evangelize the Indian tribes - “wall of separation” my eye).

It’s so easy to determine whether a law or governmental action is constitutional that a child could do it. It certainly doesn’t take some type of “super judge”, and in fact Supreme Court justices are not required to be judges, or even lawyers. But of course, leftists don’t see the court this way. They see it as an alternative legislature, through which they can implement their preferred policies and even bend American law to fit that of other countries. Their absolute last consideration is fidelity to the intent of the Constitution’s authors.

It’s gone so far now that the Supreme Court really serves no productive purpose. When justices are constantly musing about what they believe to be the “best” result of a pending decision, instead of just calling constitutional balls and strikes, they are WAY outside their lane.

“Becerra has a law degree. He is more qualified to run a taco stand than comment on anything medical.”

Which is a insult to my friend Rudy, who owns a taco stand, an owner/operator who produces good food at a good value for customers who enjoy Mexican food.

Becerra who produces nothing but paper lawsuits that waste money, isn’t fit or qualified to hold Rudy’s jock.

Rudy is a producer who adds value to his community, while Becerra is a parasite who takes value from producers.
