“They claim they are having too many employees out sick or quarantined and can’t keep up production demands.”
I suppose it would prudent of them to stop making their employees sick by encouraging them to take the “poison placebo.” I borrowed that term from Robin Bullock.

If push comes to shove, I am going to ask to be hired as an independent consultant. I can do my job remotely, and my expertise is pretty much needed at this time.
I am willing to walk and take a lower paying job. If I have to sacrifice for quality of life, it will be on my terms, not theirs.

I wonder if the Supremes will take a history making economic collapse into consideration? Some might look at it as a legacy enhancer.

A landscaper who tends to the health of your lawn is now a healthcare worker. Also didn’t the courts tell trump the feds Can’t impose conditions on any funds distributed.

I know one thing. The military service men can’t tell the military they can’t vaccinate them.. When I was going overseas we got all kinds of vaccinations!! We couldn’t opt out!

It should be quickly. The mandate starts Monday. Justice Alito floated the idea of an administrative stay to give the court more time to decide. If they go that route, that should happen before Monday.

I agree - but, as I said above, my employer is a government sub-contractor and is subject to Biden’s executive order. I’m dragging my heels to see what happens with the OSHA mandate.
If it passes, there’s nowhere for me to work and I’m being deprived of my right to make a living or take the knee.

A provision was passed in the Defense Bill that basically says if a servicemember refuses a COVID vaccine, then they are separated from service with no less than a general under honorable conditions discharge.

They are going to punish me to...as lurkinanloomin put it...”split the baby”.
Good for everyone else.
Bad for Liberty.
Crappy for our nation.
Horrible for me.
That figures. Well, my disillusionment with my country lately has prepared me for this. I didn’t expect anything better.

If I was an employer and my company had to meet a COVID testing requirement, I’d just have HR create a form for each employee to fill out on a weekly basis. It would have a bunch of spaces for the employee’s personal information, and at the bottom it would have one question for the “test result”:
Do you have COVID? Please check “Yes” or “No.”
If you answer “No,” then you’ve just submitted proof of a negative test.

Thats not the same.
The others are considered to be safe and have been tested.
Injecting people with strange un tested chemicals of unknown purpose and value is not within the authority of the military.
One is a lawful order, the other is a war crime.

You are right, it doesn’t, but hopefully we’ll learn something from the FL case that Liberty Counsel is fighting for. That one is supposed to address the EOs for the military, federal workers and contractors.

...it’s not the job of the Supreme Court to overturn laws just because they are stupid. This isn't law. It's administrative rules.

Yes,that’s true. It’s my understanding that natural immunity is accepted in some countries as a substitute for vaccination. I’d love to get a top Infectious Disease Specialist at Harvard,Columbia,Hopkins,Mayo Clinic or Stanford drunk and ask him/her about natural immunity resulting from having recovered from the virus.

Early prophylactics work. Fauci refused to consider anything that would interfere with his universal vaccines, he and Gates have been pushing for 20 years. They were just looking for the right virus. Finally one appeared through Fauci sponsored gain of function research in China. Experimental vaccines should not be mandated.

I will also chalk up AJ Breyer’s 750 million number as he misspoke. But AJ Sotomayor - she’s a space cadet.
LMAO!

Nope. US Federal Government has zero authority for any of this. It basic US Constitutional law held up by every previous legal precedence that this whole areas is totally outside the authority of the US Federal Government. There is no legal, or moral, argument to be made for any of this panic stricken nonsense. The arguments made by the Leftist here are factually fraudulent based on nothing but their own ignorant mindless fear of a disease that kills less then 2% of the infected. There is no rational arugmwnr to be be made for any of this.
This is correct what you say on the unconstitutional decision by the court.
There is not mandate by the Biden administration or anyone else on the fear of this virus that affects so few Americans.
To: TexasGurl24
I don’t trust SCOTUS to do anything right. They don’t represent the constitution only whatever seems popular.
Pure scum... even if they happen to get this one right.

If you can mandate this vaccine for one group...you can mandate for all. This is picking and choosing again who wins and who loses. Period. Not Constitutional!

the tests are not accurate and who actually knows what they truly test for, flu, a specific virus, or just a segment of virus that could be multiple cold viruses, some of which been around forever but keeping the “positives” up keeps the fear up. tests are a waste of time money etc.
