Correct. The feds have many vectors for imposing regulations. The courts are generally in favor of allowing the government more power, and not the courts job to manage how the government allocates or structures the agencies that impose the heavy hand.

The other 5 are asking legal questions.
Kagan, Breyer, Sotomayor and Roberts are asking shrill and emotionally based outcome questions. All four seem to be terrified of COVID and all four seem to not care about the law at all.
Who are the attorneys not making the obvious arguments?
One presumes this is set-up theater, like most public governmental rituals at this point.
Kagan is really, really angry and over the top. I’m really thinking that betrays something here.

I’ve never heard Kagan behave like this in an oral argument. It’s actually very unprofessional.

Kagan also interrupts a lot. She’s rude and won’t let the attorney finish his point.
How come Mr Roberts thinks it is wrong for a govt agency to add a simple citizenship question to a census form but yet can issue sweeping vaccine mandates.

Has anyone asked the judges “Why is it right to mandate a drug that the manufacturer has not safety tested by the usual procedure and has had themselves released from any liability for death and damage from said “drug”.
So far, there is no proof whatsoever that these fake vaxes work at all. But there is plenty of proof people are dying and injured from them.
