Ping
Will they release audio do you think, or is that standard practice now?
Little Johnny Roberts looking for a way out as he wee wee ups his robes in fear of not being liked commencing in 3, 2, 1. . . .
C-Span broadcasts the audio live.
I think this mandate thing will be a slam dunk for SCOTUS. I’m going 8-1.
Yes, was asking as won’t be able to listen to it live.
It should be available after either on C-SPAN website or elsewhere online.

Standard practice. The audio recording will be released later today.

“ The audio recordings of all oral arguments heard by the Supreme Court of the United States are posted on this website on the same day an argument is heard by the Court.
The public may either download the audio files or listen to the recordings on the Court’s website. The audio recordings are listed by case name, docket number, and the date of oral argument.”
The Supreme Court has approved Vaccine mandates in the past. So a per se ruling against would surprise me. But here the question isn’t one of a mandate that was duly passed by law. It is trying to by-pass a sure defeat in the legislative process to shoe horn in one using a statute that doesn’t seem to fit.
I other words, a pen and phone moment is being put to the test.
Bill Gates’ operatives standing by.
Awesome resource.
I presume even a favorable result on this case wouldn’t affect the guv-level tyranny, with their “emergency powers”?
Wishy-Washy Fishy
It’s live streamed now.
Thanks for the ping.
It's a dictatorship if you can force medical experiments on the population through a pen and a phone.
If the Supreme Courts says this is OK, then I think all bets are off. The republic and the Rule of Law is gone.
Sorry, misunderstood. I think you can still go back to the video and play it back like a YouTube video. If not, someone will mirror it on YouTube. SCOTUS typically posts recordings and transcripts a few days later too.
So far, we clearly have Thomas on our side, just from the first question.
