Kagan, Breyer, Sotomayor and Roberts are asking shrill and emotionally based outcome questions. All four seem to be terrified of COVID and all four seem to not care about the law at all.

I would argue that all four are political performance artists, not actual judges at all. They do what the swamp tells them to do. Sometimes, they are better and pretending to be thoughtful. Today, since the cameras are on, they have opted to go full-Kabuki.
