Rachel Bitecofer, a political analyst and senior adviser to the anti-Trump Lincoln Project, faced online criticism Sunday for mocking a Trump supporter's clunker.
Bitecofer responded to a photo in an earlier post that showed a modest one-story home in Los Angeles with three flags on the garage: an American flag, a pro-Trump flag, and an "Impeach Biden" flag. Sitting outside the garage is an older cream-colored car. The original poster captioned the photo: "Spotted in Los Angeles, the fun neighbor."
Bitecofer posted, "Republican voter who can’t even afford a car from this century."

Sigh. I try not to make fun of people due to their appearance, but when they open their mouth and say things like that, she loses any right to what I call “default respect”.
Kind of how I feel about Alec Baldwin. I would never deride someone for an incident like that shooting until the facts were known (and even then) but I feel some people absolutely deserve to have it shoved back into their faces for the things they have said or done to other people.

I was trying to figure out how to go down that road, but...I kept thinking “Crud. They don’t really give a damn about that! For them, it is all about power and control...”
The Democrats have become the “elite” party. For all the talk of “country club Republicans” (it’s so engrained that many Freepers think it’s true) it’s actually the Democrats that have become the party of that crowd. CEOs, bankers, corporate executives, Trial lawyers, doctors… by and large these people are Democrats and drive the “woke” agenda that the Democrats push now.
Same type of witch that Hillary and her FBI butt boys were... looking down on people who work for a living, drive older cars and shop at places they can afford.
Maybe the people who pull the wagon up the hill should quit their jobs and let the 'damn elites' rot in their evil commie filth.
Then the Dems who make $250k or more laugh at the little people because they cannot afford gasoline or groceries. And they tell us to "lower your expectations."

Maybe a Republican voter who keeps a well maintained older car that is fully paid (as is their residence) and who have 7 figure investment portfolios. I know many, many people like that even in Puerto Rico. As an aside, if it’s in California the assessed value of that home may well be in the high 6 figures...or higher! It would be interesting to see the net worth of the critic.

We drive a 1997 Ford Expedition which runs great, gets a tune up regularly, new tires when called for and we love it. Paid cash (less then $3800) 4 years ago and wouldn’t trade it for anything.
Obviously, this witch knows nothing about cars...or weight loss.
They posted to twitter that their mission was the destruction of the Republican party. They aren't pretending anymore but the press still likes to paint them as moderate republicans.
