Today we have to wonder what will be the more likely cause of the next riot in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Will it be an acquittal of the defendant either by the jury or a directed verdict of Not Guilty? And if the latter happens will they riot because the judge is apparently a Lee Greenwood, even to the extent of have "God Bless the USA" as a ringtone on his phone.
The judge suggests that the trial should be ready to wrap up by Tuesday.

I expect soon that legislation will be introduced that no one may act in the capacity of a judge in a BLM/ANTIFA-related case unless they can prove that they share their vision of a defunct America. Never again will we see judges with pro-American values.

As a Christian I would point to either the day that Madelyn Murray O’Hare won her battle to take prayer out of public schools, or the day in 1973 when the SCOTUS declared that it was legal to murder babies.

Didn’t Binger put in the doctored videos? Now the DA is saying this was all a surprise to him “sprung on him” when the defense is suggesting that the timing on the videos was misleading? Seems like if DA was putting in videos, defense should be able to object to elements or straighten out the jury’s understanding of the impact of editing the videos??

Defense should move to EXCLUDE ALL OF THE VIDEOS since it seems like they are so controversial and no one can agree on the details of how to allow them. LOL

The prosecution has the obligation to pursue "justice" and "truth" regardless of whether it helps or hurts their case.
The prosecution is playing this as a game, not a legitimate legal proceeding.
