This judge is on the right track. The defense has the obligation to pursue the best outcome for the client.

The prosecution has the obligation to pursue "justice" and "truth" regardless of whether it helps or hurts their case.

The prosecution is playing this as a game, not a legitimate legal proceeding.

Prosecutors tell police how to lie to get convictions so their conviction percentage rate is high.

What happens at the local courthouse has little to do with “Justice.”
