Speaking to reporters at the White House Wednesday afternoon, Press Secretary Jen Psaki refused to give a timeline for when OSHA will release a new federal rule, put in place by President Joe Biden, that forces companies with more than 100 employees to require Wuhan coronavirus vaccinations.
"You had said it [OSHA rule] would be weeks just now, when it was announced a few weeks ago it was going to take a few weeks so are you signaling a delay of any kind with that rule?" a reporter asked.
"We never gave an exact timeline so maybe we should have been more specific at the time. Obviously it takes time and we want to make sure when we put these out they are clear and they provide guidance necessary to businesses," Psaki said. "I can't give you a timeline. OSHA's working on them but obviously, hopefully we'll know more in the coming weeks."
When the rule was announced on September 9, at the same time Biden was leaving hundreds of Americans stranded behind enemy lines in Afghanistan, the White House issued a description of OSHA's plans.
The Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is developing a rule that will require all employers with 100 or more employees to ensure their workforce is fully vaccinated or require any workers who remain unvaccinated to produce a negative test result on at least a weekly basis before coming to work. OSHA will issue an Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) to implement this requirement. This requirement will impact over 80 million workers in private sector businesses with 100+ employees.
Thousands of healthcare workers, law enforcement officers and others have been fired or have quit over vaccine requirements. In New York, newly minted Governor Kathy Hochul plans to replace fired healthcare workers with National Guard soldiers.
They announced it, but it hasnt finished focus group testing yet...

The upshot of which is…What? What possible consequences could anyone face today under the Nuremberg codes? None, I’d guess.
“Today” is the key word.
The future is very hard to predict, and several years from now the impact of the vaxxes will be better understood.
_Then_ there may be real consequences for the Pfascists of 2021.
Remember the Nuremberg trials were about acts that occurred many years earlier...and the dirtbags thought they had gotten away with it...
If the plan is to wait until AFTER the rules are in effect to do anything about this situation, and everybody who can’t or won’t comply has already lost their jobs…I have to say, that sounds like a terrible plan.
This link is the OSHA riker making process and timeline. It normally takes up to a year just to collect data providing justification for the rule.

If I am fired for not getting the vaccine, I will have lots of free time to be disobedient in the streets.
You can’t file a suit until the OSHA rule is printed. There isn’t anything to file suit against.
The EO just says, “Come up with a rule.”
That’s not enough to base a lawsuit on.
Why are people so quick to criticize what they don’t understand?
A ‘friend” has a high-resolution scan of a particular card that will line-up perfectly front and back when printed out on card stock on a high resolution printer.
You can stand defiant and be unemployed or fork over a piece of paper to HR and stay employed. Wife and I have a little over a year to be debt free so I will keep bringing in $$$. The line is drawn at the mark of the beast as that is the only way that they can be positive of actual jabbing but we will have our parallel community in place by then.
Oh and I am a Health and Safety Professional (Construction and General Industry) and OSHA Expert so in the event of an OSHA audit, they wont give more than a passing glance at a COVID paper just like any other required postings...
All of this tyranny is only waking up and emboldening patriots, the 3%. The vast majority of the population are sheep or tough talking sheep whether they know it or not..

Maybe, but there’s an alternative that’s also possible.
Over the past couple of weeks, we’ve had two large, corporate (and largely Dem leaning) customers trying to modify contracts to require vendors (like us) to have mandatory vaccine policies in place, even if no work is to be performed on the customer’s premises. So far, these are existing contracts, so we’ve been able to say “yeah, no, not doing that”.
I’m sure that the next new contracts with these companies will have those provisions in place though.
So this is my (somewhat conspiratorial) theory: the Biden administration is leaning on their corporate sponsors to be the “market drivers” to move their preferred policies without having to take the heat directly with OSHA. There are plenty of favors that can be extended in exchange, and this lines up with what a lot of these mega corps want to do anyway.
