You can’t file a suit until the OSHA rule is printed. There isn’t anything to file suit against.

The EO just says, “Come up with a rule.”

That’s not enough to base a lawsuit on.

The guidance has been released stating what is going t to happen. Whatever specifically worded gobblygook they use to get there, they’ve already outlined what the EO directs to happen, which is completely objectionable. I don’t seem recall the he democrats waiting very long to get an injunction every time Trump sneezed.
