Bad ballots. How do we know who to take the votes away from?

I take it that bad ballots were manufactured ballots like the other states

The ‘court’ is rightfully the one that certified fraudulent outcome. The cheating is Fraud and fraud nullifies.

We've never before seen such a massive fraud attempt on such a wide scale in US History before. Well, we may not have "seen" it. (Truman, JFK, Obama, Hillary ad nauseum)

The courts don't have the authority to certify an election. Nor do they have the authority to decertify one. Just like they don't have the authority to invent a "right" to abortion out of thin air. Quit giving courts authority they don't have. Put the demand on the place the U.S. Constitution says have the authority, and in this case that's the legislature. What they do have the authority to do is to look at the evidence presented by both sides and issue a ruling as to which side is right. Thus giving the legislature the power they need to try to decertify. The legality of which is dubious to begin with.
For those who say the legislature should act regardless, suppose George Soros funded an audit of the Florida election and found that Trump won due to voter suppression and that absent that Biden would have won. Should the Florida legislature be required to decertify based on that alone?
To: joshua c
the audit was commissioned by the state senate and the presentation today was a state senate hearing. And?
To: DiogenesLamp
It is until it isn't. It was back in December when the electoral votes were cast and in January when they were counted. Nothing in the Constitution or the law allows for a do-over.

The ‘court’ is rightfully the one that certified fraudulent outcome. The cheating is Fraud and fraud nullifies. Because they did not have the Cyber Ninja findings. Now is the time for them to present their evidence and allow the state to present their evidence and allow the courts to decide.

It’s good to think things through and imagine the result...
That’s so much better than checking the facts

I don’t understand what decertification would accomplish.

So if a bank robber already spent the money we should not prosecute because they already got away with it?
If a prisoner gets a death sentence for murder we should go ahead and kill him even if we find out somebody else did it?
Finally, should we let Joe Biden run the country even though he fraudulently got the position? As was obvious from election night? When all the facts were ignored and he was certified anyway?

So if a bank robber already spent the money we should not prosecute because they already got away with it? By all means prosecute. Take him to court, present the evidence, have the court rule one way or the other. You don't take him and throw him in prison without a trial. And that's what I believe is needed here. Present the Cyber Ninja evidence in court, let the state present their counter evidence, and have the court rule one way or the other. Depending on the outcome you have all the legal support you need to decertify.

It wasn’t a private audit, unless the state legislature is no longer a function of government.

So it was certified to begin with through the state and it's to be decertified through a private audit? The State of Arizona did the audit. They hired someone for the particulars, and to do the forensic analysis they are unequipped to do.

It wasn’t a private audit, unless the state legislature is no longer a function of government. The audit was contracted by the Republican caucus of the Arizona legislature. Almost all of its funding came from private donors. I don't believe the whole state senate ever voted to approve the audit. So to say it was an effort of the state legislature is a bit of a stretch.
