It was back in December when the electoral votes were cast and in January when they were counted. Nothing in the Constitution or the law allows for a do-over.
So if a bank robber already spent the money we should not prosecute because they already got away with it?
If a prisoner gets a death sentence for murder we should go ahead and kill him even if we find out somebody else did it?
Finally, should we let Joe Biden run the country even though he fraudulently got the position? As was obvious from election night? When all the facts were ignored and he was certified anyway?
