So if a bank robber already spent the money we should not prosecute because they already got away with it?

By all means prosecute. Take him to court, present the evidence, have the court rule one way or the other. You don't take him and throw him in prison without a trial. And that's what I believe is needed here. Present the Cyber Ninja evidence in court, let the state present their counter evidence, and have the court rule one way or the other. Depending on the outcome you have all the legal support you need to decertify.

That’s a more reasonable answer then you’ve given so far here.

Except there is legal precedents for immediate remedy. You would not allow a bank robber to continue to spend the money while waiting for trial.

If this has to go through the court system there has to be some immediate Injunctions.
