A federal judge tore into a low-level defendant in the Capitol Riot Friday, moments after the man entered a guilty plea to a misdemeanor charge stemming from the Jan. 6 unrest.
“You’ve disgraced this country in the eyes of the world and my inclination would be to lock you up, but since the government isn’t asking me to do that ... I won’t,” U.S. District Court Judge Reggie Walton shouted at Fort Pierce, Fla., resident Anthony Mariotto during a video hearing. “I find it outrageous that American citizens would do what you did, so you better walk the straight and narrow, sir, you understand?”....
the judge, an appointee of former President George W. Bush. “It was an attack on our government, and I love my government. This government has been good to me. To see somebody destroy, or try to destroy, the Capitol is very troubling to me.”

That won’t happen. These “trials” are being held in the the Stalin Era “show trial” format. The defendant has been beaten and tortured until he/she will act and say exactly what the Government wants him/her to. Your Government at Work. Enjoy them. Ever since I been on Free Republic, it has been drummed into me that when the ball goes up, the Police and the Military will be on our side. Well the ball began going up November 8, 2020 and the ball reached its zenith January 20, 2021. Enjoy! In the coming months Trump supporters will become familiar with how the Jews in the 1930s and early ‘40s felt and were treated.
At least Anthony did not burn down and destroy a billion dollars of peoples property. Judge is a nutburger appointed by a low IQ President.
This “judge” is nothing but a child of Satan.
He will certainly get everything he deserves when Almighty God passes judgment on him.
That’s where I heard this name.
This guy is playing to the galleries. He knows MSNBC, CNN, and the rest of the corrupt bunch will pick up his sound bite. These are show trials. Notice there is never any videos demonstrating the “protesters” were let in and welcomed into the Capitol.
Is that the protest where stores were burned and looted?
Judge Walton previously served as an Associate Judge of the Superior Court of the District of Columbia from 1981 to 1989 and 1991 to 2001, having been appointed to that position on two occasions by Presidents Ronald Reagan in 1981 and George H. W. Bush in 1991.
Looks like this Judge tricked Raygun into giving him an appointment.
How a Federal Judge Pulled Over 3 Times for ‘Driving While Black’ Tries to Keep His Own Biases in Check
ll before U.S District Judge Reggie Walton was on the District of Columbia bench, he was a federal prosecutor—a job that paid him well enough he was able to buy “a brand new, pretty black Corvette.”
Proud of his purchase, Walton drove the car back to Western Pennsylvania where he grew up to show it off to his parents. After spending an evening catching up with some hometown friends, he said he was pulled over by two Pennsylvania State Police officers on his drive home simply for being a young Black man in a fancy new car.

I believe that the guy honored the Country. It is the bastards like the “judge” and the lying son of a bitch Biden and their worshipers who disgraced the Country. But that is just me.
“MORDER!?????”... Ah yes, Roland Friesler who wonderfully was blown to bits in a US B-17 raid on Berlin which brought him justice.
The “psycho” who prosecuted Prussian Heritage Germany loving Patriots for trying to kill the little psycho austrian corporal who was destroying their country- the country THEY founded and ran with justice for all, before and during Weimar.
This judge “loves government”... not his Country, founded on principles of our Constitution, apparently NOT familiar with it. And is also a Bushie wushie A@@HOLE!
Government is the problem. Unrestrained love of government leads to fascism.
“To see somebody destroy, or try to destroy, the Capitol is very troubling to me.”“
Hard to destroy the Capitol when the crowd is staying behind the velvet ropes.
Yes— he is in the Emmett Sullivan DC “club” who “lubs mah gubmint, dat brings me lots of pork, and i do whateber dat gubmint tells me to do”. He SAYS this in his statement to the defendant-— INCREDIBLE. An apparatchik judge-— and Bushie appointee who is a freaking LEFTIST dem, controlled by... Holder’s holdover DOJ.
“But judge, my name is not Hunter Biden. I think you have confused me with him.”
The defendant needs MONEY to do that— whom can we send funds to —Rutherford Foundation? Really this is outrageous.
This is JUST LIKE Emmett Sullivan berated Lt. Gen Michael Flynn former head of the US Defense Intelligence Agency— calling him a “TRAITOR” and much worse, huge BIAS and still not kicked off the case. Tried to continue a TRIAL AFTER AG Barr officially pulled out the Government’s case and attorneys. Judge Jury and criminal liar all in one.
And Reggie here BE Part o’ De Club, man!
A bunch of grannies taking selfies were going to destroy the Capitol? I didn’t realize the building was so flimsy.
No Judge. You are the disgrace. To you, to the government you say you work forr rather than the constitution and to evil rather than good and to the profession you represent. You are a disgusting person. You are ignorant trash.
most people have no idea the arrogance and ignorance of judges.
I was called to a Federal Jury panel this year (but didn’t make the cut).
I got a good exposure to the arrogance of the judge - and the whole theater aspect of the whole thing. Your “honor” - if people called you “your honor” all day long - you’d probably start to think that your stuff didn’t stink I reckon.
The subculture has infiltrated the structure of our once great nation.
I do not know how my grandchildren can possibly survive whole from this clusterf8ck of a Government, as I will not be around. Still, I shall do as I am able such as providing them with lessons and insights.
I am a grown man, but these days I am prone to weeping.
Needed something to say.
