No surprise. The left controls the Judiciary, along with most everything else.

That makes absolutely zero sense. BTW, isn't North Carolina turning into another DC occupied shit-hole?

The judge thinks black people are too stupid to get a photo ID, even though they already have them.

You cannot prove a negative. This is idiocy.

And yes, my state is indeed turning into another DC occupied shit-hole.

“...permanently blocking the measure”

The only thing permanent is death, taxes and democrat corruption.

It’s very, very difficult to prove a negative. And of course those judges know that.

Why would the republicans have to prove that the law wasn’t written with racist motives; the burden of proof is on the plaintiffs. Furthermore, how would you even go about proving such a thing?

In Seattle you have to show a vaxport to get into most businesses but not an ID because that would be RACIST!

Passport testifying to your willingness to submit to medical experiments? Not racist.
ID card showing you are an eligible voter? Very racist.

“...failed to show that racial discrimination was not a substantial or motivating factor...”

So the “judicial standard” is proving a negative, which sentient beings regard as impossible. Since the laws in question have a clear, substantive purpose — preventing identity theft and vote fraud — why would every other conceivable motive have to be disproved? Take this to the Supreme Court.

Can these judges cite even one instance of where any politician associated with this wrote or said anything mean about blacks?

I guess they learn how to read minds in law school.
