For those familiar with Houston, it happened at the Shell at Airport and Monroe near Hobby. I've been there a few times, and wouldn't visit it unarmed (if I ever went out in public unarmed).

The vic also remains in custody as of the time of the report. Shot must have been through the cheek or something. I think in cases like this, the shooter should be given a free box of ammo and use of the police range for some practice.
