I’d play songs that weren’t the hits but neverthess worthy of a listen. (Because the hits outshine everything else. Blot those out and see what’s left that shines through!)

I thought since the title of the thread said
favorite song that should be banned from ever being played again, folks would list songs that had such significant meaning that it hurt too much hear. (Deceased loved one's favorite song, a widow/widower hearing their song, etc.)
Since it became a list of songs people find horrible to hear, how are the 'Chipmunks' not listed repeatedly?
