Neither they, nor their staff is being paid, Neither they nor their staff will receive back pay. Abbott clamped down on that when they fled and it was upheld today in court also.

Now go send the Texas Rangers (not the baseball team) to go pick them up in DC. The Texas Rangers have no jurisdiction outside of the state. However, a number of the Dems returned to the state after they got the injunction on Sunday, and they can be arrested and brought to the chamber.
