With Republicans and Democrats of the past, the above is true, but with Democrats today, their judges are now TELLING US what is Constitutional and the rule is very simple - if it fits their agenda, it is ‘Constitutional’.
So replace a copuple more RINOs with Democrats in the US Senate (allowing Democrats to pack the courts) and Biden’s proposal will become ‘Constitutional’ as soon as a case makes it to the Supreme Court.
He just wants a excuse or wording in the bill that allows him to take them all. Most guns have magazines that are made aftermarket that hold more. And there is nothing wrong with a pistol that holds10+. It’s the person that pulls the trigger.

Is anyone surprised? I’m not. This is what the Republican Party gets for sitting on its ass, silent, allowing the left to steal a Presidential election through rampant fraud.
People on here can gripe, moan and complain all they want or say I’m one of the “Q” idiots. Say what you will. At least, I took action. I did the only thing I could and left the Republican party in December of 2020. I won’t go back and until a party emerges that actually fights for the people, I will stay Independent.
Every day I come onto FR and see headline after headline from this country and around the world of freedoms being lost mostly due to COVID or Big Tech censoring speech. I’m 61 years old and never thought I’d live to see the day where speech was censored in my own country. The blinders have now been lifted.
Moreover, apart from stories about President Trump, whom I adore, I see very little about the election audits happening in AZ or outright fraud discovered in GA or the grass roots efforts to get a nationwide audit of the 2020 election. It’s almost as if the Republican Party elites are glad Trump is gone. Did he cost them money in their side deals? They sure couldn’t buy Trump. He didn’t need their money.
If we as a people stay complacent and remain in a party that ONLY gives lip service and provides an occasional Pavlov meat powder to get us salivating, then we as a country deserve what we get. I for one reject the Republican Party; its elites and their empty promises with few and far between goodies tossed in for measure.
I want my country back. I want my freedoms safe.

I have always thought a 10mm was superior to a 9mm (and a .45) anyway.

I was thinking more along the lines of an assisted suicide facility like they have in Belgium, Netherlands, etc.. They put the infirmed down in those countries. Biden makes a very strong case to start that here.
