The government can get cheap fentanyl from private producers and give it in vials to the addicts along with needles. No need for the government to do the injections. The addict can do his own injections. If the addict overdoses, one less addict to worry about.
This chaos created by drug gangs shooting up their competitors to their drug market would same a lot of money. Theft, robberies, murders and prostitution to pay for drug habits would end.
