The New York City Board of Elections on Tuesday night pulled the preliminary ranked-choice vote tally for the city’s primaries after it included tens of thousands of “dummy ballots,” sources told NY1 News, a local cable outlet.
At around 8:45 p.m Tuesday, the board removed the vote tallies from its website and replaced them with the text “Unofficial Rank Choice Results Starting on June 30.
Spectrum Political News director, Bob Hardt, stated on Twitter. “Sources tell me the Board of Elections is going back to the drawing board and running corrected ranked-choice numbers tomorrow. About 130,000 “votes” were part of a test run that were never cleared from a computer.”
NY1 host Errol Lewis- said the dummy votes never removed from the system, and his sources tell him, they will have to count the ranked-choice voting again.
On the day of the primary, the BOE reported just under 800,000 votes with 96.6% of scanners reporting. On Tuesday, however, the tally was 941,832 votes – nearly 20% higher, according to PIX11.
“The vote total just released by the Board of Elections is 100,000-plus more than the total announced on election night, raising serious questions,” Adam’s campaign said in an emailed statement. “We have asked the Board of Elections to explain such a massive increase and other irregularities before we comment on the Ranked Choice Voting projection.”
The Board of Elections acknowledged the discrepancy.

Seems pretty insulting to imply that Eric Adams is somehow following and copying Trump instead of making his own choices.

How do you identify these dummy votes. And what keeps you from removing SOME dummy votes and some REAL votes to make the election come out as "planned".
Why think that?? Because there never should have been dummy votes to begin with.

One man, one vote one candidate per ballot worked mighty well for a few hundred years.
I guess consistency has to go in this modern age along with all those statues of dead people?
Add to that how many of the late posting test ballots just happened be for García as opposed to Adams.
Just another coincidental accident left over from preelection testing?
With the test ballots scrubbed from the totals, it will be a lot harder for the election riggers to use the absentee ballot count to close the vote gap between Adams and Garcia.

I’m guessing it’s the risk you take when trying to put your thumb on the scale.
You run the machines and try to induce a favorable error but sometimes it doesn’t cooperate quite like you expect. Sort of like putting your thumb on the scale. If you do it before the machine tares, when you remove it, you’ll get negative weight. So you have to time it right otherwise it becomes obvious something is wrong.
The riggers probably thought they had things lined up for the accident to occur on election night.

Yeah that’s the ticket “dummy votes”. IMHO any vote in NYC is a dummy vote.
anyone surprised? the national election was stolen we have an illegitimate president with dementia and his puppets are running the country state and local elections are a breeze to steal no one is watching and no one cares
My bet is that NYC’s have been stolen for quite some time.
