Add to that how many of the late posting test ballots just happened be for García as opposed to Adams.

With the test ballots scrubbed from the totals, it will be a lot harder for the election riggers to use the absentee ballot count to close the vote gap between Adams and Garcia.

I don’t know the raw numbers but the “test ballots” had cut Garcia’s lead to two points. Just a coincidence I’m sure /s
