Gun-toting attorney Mark McCloskey has shown off his new rifle just two days after pleading guilty to misdemeanor charges and agreeing to surrender the weapon he pointed unarmed Black Lives Matter protesters.
‘Checking out my new AR,’ reads the caption. McCloskey is seen in the photos wearing a curt smile and brandishing the weapon with a finger just above the trigger. One photo also includes his wife Patricia giving a thumbs up.
The gun-toting St. Louis couple, both personal injury attorneys in their 60s, appeared in court Thursday where they admitted to a judge that their actions had put peaceful protesters at risk of serious injury.

That’s Modern Weapon Systems in Fenton, MO. Great shop and great owner Ian. Check them out on Facebook for more pictures.
I 100% knew this was coming.
The guy wants to be a US Senator, and the first thing he does is prove he is afraid to fight because he might lose.
Good for him for watching out for number one, but I don’t need another Senator like Blunt who only watches out for number one.
Did the judge admonish Mrs. McCloskey for holding her Noisy Cricket like a martini glass? Otherwise, that court decision is bullsh!t.
S&W Sport...?
LOL! Now that’s funny. I don’t care who you are.
Yep. Sport II. Haven’t gotten to shoot it yet. Put my optics on. Had to use a riser because the factory sights get in the way. I am sure they have a way around it.
Just noticed. Does anyone else think they look like brother and sister? Lol
It is directed at you.
As for them pleading guilty to a nonsense misdemeanor, to put this behind them and move on, I don’t think that’s being a Democrat. I think that’s a grown man telling himself, “I have better things to do with my time and my money”, as they hired an attorney to defend them and I’m betting the guy isn’t cheap.
So, it comes down to time management, not having to show up for court, and not having to write any more checks to their lawyer.
As for being a fighter, he walked out of his house with an AR and confronted a mob. Something not a lot of other people would do. And he got locked up for it...even though he shouldn’t have.
As for his decision, I’m thinking that when he saw the reduced charges, he just chuckled and said, “where do I sign”, and then went to the nearest gun store.
I love that guy
A conservative is a liberal who has been mugged.
BLM (a good proportion are very white clowns) can FOAD.The English writers are always full ‘tard on the Second Amendment. They love the term “gun toting” when they have mongrels in their sh*thole island throwing acid, stabbing and having easy access to guns in their no go zones.
I think he’s getting ready for a senate run.
+1
Go crawl into obscurity, maggot. Patriots don’t let fascist governments take their guns, even if you can buy more.
He’s a manicured lawyer who lives in a small mansion in the city. Hardly representative of MO, regardless of the pics of him with a tractor for his campaign website. Articles back when the incident happened said they were both dems, now he claims he’s been a life long repub.
NOPE
I’m not 100% sold on Greiten either but I’d vote for him over this guy trying to take advantage of his 15 minutes of fame. Greiten seems to be putting effort into MAGA on America’s Voice and Bannon’s show. Not sure why he’s not trying to go for the governorship again. It was partially robbed from him but he was having an affair evidently. Divorced now and noticeably unable to stop grinning.
Glad we have closed primaries here, else dems would get us McCloskey.
I’m hoping there’s a third and better option for Blunt’s seat that just hasn’t gone public yet.
I agree with you. I settled a non criminal environmental case in Austin after winning three jury trials with liberal Austin citizens on the 3 separate juries over a 2 year period on the same issue. I settled for a trivial matter and paid a $100 fine but the penalties could have been in the millions in a worst case scenario. City of Austin prosecutors finally gave up their persecution.
My attorney’s fees for three one day jury trials were approximately $25,000.00. Interestingly, one of my attorneys sufferred a mild heart event during one trial but kept going even after I threatened to tattle to the judge on him if he didn’t go to the hospital NOW. Good lawyer. Good friend years later. With millions in fines at stake, he was and is my hero!
OUTSTANDING!!! It even has an “evil” bayonet lug.....
