Who was in charge eight years ago? Probably intentional.

Anybody and everybody has known which bases have nukes in Europe for the last 40 years. It's the worst kept secret in the history of mankind. The rush to indignity whenever something like this is published is huge, but the russians have known where they're at forever.
This isn't exactly a revelation.

I’d say this will probably come up in their annual performance review but more likely that will only focus on how well they showed respect and deference for transgendered soldiers.

TS is TS though. I was once in a meeting where one of my team members quoted a definition out of his college textbook (a public university in a well known and widely used textbook). It had to do with electromagnetic emissions stuff. You can find the term and definition all over the place. It's online, it's in books, it's even been released in FOIA documents.
But technically it was never downgraded and is still considered Secret and so my teammate got in trouble and we had to go through the pointless exercise of sanitizing our entire IT infrastructure of this info that is all over the internet and bookstores. Good use of resources.

Just a look at the security and fence configuration will tell you what’s there. Just like I used to be able to pick out the weapons transport vehicles running between PanTex and Oak Ridge on I-40.
