President Joe Biden has a short temper and sometimes unloads outbursts of profanity on his aides, the New York Times reported Friday.
The report notes Biden holds lengthy deliberation meetings and demands obsessive details from his advisors. When advisors get too technical or obscure about an issue, Biden responds with “an outburst of frustration, often laced with profanity.”

Those of us who have family members that had and died of Dementia / Alzheimers recognize the decline in Biden. All we had to do was watch him for 10-15 minutes during the Democrat debates to see how far he'd declined since 2016.
Biden's always been a bumbling idiot but the difference between then and now is striking.
My money is on Susan Rice. Apparently she’s already running policy, and Harris proves herself to be the emptiest of pantsuits on a daily basis.

Notice there is nothing about the office of the Vice-President when the elected VP assumes Acting President? Many take this to mean that the Acting President can name anyone they please to the office of the VP - in this case candidates could include: Hillary, Pelosi, Rice, Jarret, Big Mike etc.
The office would remain vacant for the duration...................

So was my dad. But I saw so many other residents who had these outbursts, I felt grateful.
Of course, me and my sister (who is now in hospice, I’m afraid) visited every single day. We had a schedule we kept religiously. We never missed a day.
I’ve often wondered if those outbursts came from the residents who were left alone. And there were plenty of them who never had a single visitor, I’m sad to report.
