Israel and Hamas exchanged fire amid new clashes between Palestinians and the Israeli police.
The Democrat Andrew Yang weighed in on the issue, tweeting his support for Israel on Monday night.
Yang's comments got support from Republicans like Sen. Ted Cruz, Meghan McCain, and Stephen Miller.

I didn’t care for his UBI plan or some of his other ideas but he is a likable guy. I would never vote for anyone that supports abortion, however. Better option than most of the NYC clowns.
Yang is happy and upbeat. New Yorkers are not. They need an a—hole like Rudy to thrive. He’s also calculating. Make a name running for POTUS. Why anyone would get behind these out-of-nowhere types is beyond me.
He lost the LGBTQQHIV+++ homo vote, but maybe he’ll pick up a percentage of the Jewish vote.
