Comrades, let it not be said the ministry of COVID compliance does not listen to the citizens. After considering the bad optics of armbands, due to negative historic references, the government is allowing the private sector to create a modern method of compliance with vaccination protocols.
To enjoy your new freedom the COVID Ministry is working on QR Code wristbands to speed up the vaccination checkpoint scanning process.
The wristbands will be connected to a secure governmental database so you don’t have to worry about your travel habits being tracked, and the governmental contractors have promised they will not use the data to monitor citizens. The government cares about you. (/sarcasm)

I need to pay hefty amount to get a passport to go abroad on a cruise or visit relatives.
I need to pay drivers license renewal fees even though I have no accidents in 61 years of driving. Ditto with liability insurance costs every year to drive.
I must fork over huge amounts of money in income taxes every year even though I have not received a single penny from the govt. In 2021 I am paying more than twice amount of federal income tax than what my first brand new 2 bedroom 2 bath condo cost in 1970.
I thought taxes are unconstitutional.
I am not allowed to fly on domestic flights without a govt issue ID.
So getting couple of cost free jabs of vaccine so I won’t get seriously sick on a crowded cruise ship is just a small burden.
I am 81 now. I plan on posting my exercise video at age 100 to assure everyone the covid vaccine was a piece of cake.
I have already posted many times my current exercise video on FR. I am now in 9th week after 2nd jab of moderna and feel as energetic as ever.

The “beast” is a system, usually considered a form of government. But I have been thinking lately that it may actually be Big Technology. Revelation talks of two beasts one with power and one given power by the first beast. This would be one government giving power to _____? We have always been the taught the second beast would be a lesser extension of government. Right now as things are developing I have to believe the incoming surveillance state is the second beast and that is Big Tech. All the power of the first beast in the presence of the beast.
All that is happening is training the masses for acceptance. I am sure some clever FReeper can explore this further, but does Sars-Cov-2 or Covid-19 translate in some manner to 666? Is the wording in the Bible mistranslated out of Greek or is it possible it is just arcane language structure? The number of the beast (government) a number assigned by man? After getting postponed for a year, I cancelled a *domestic* trip because the company suddenly required the vaccine.
Our grocery chain, HEB, has been very relaxed on the masking, thankfully. Most stores, here, are...for the most part.
It broke my heart, yesterday, to see a few little kids masked up :-(
A friend of ours said they have a neighbor who makes their little ones wear the d@mn things when outside playing. Said they can hardly breathe and the masks look filthy, all of the time.
Can you imagine??? Look what the CCP/FRAUDci have done/*accomplished* with this nonsense.
We cancelled a YUGE trip we had planned. Airfare, hotel, restaurant reservations for a good sized group.....because we didn’t want to ruin the trip with any idiotic masking updates or testing and/or ‘fake vax’ requirements.

True! The thing that really upsets me is that here too, it’s the young people who are clinging to their masks. In some places it is, as you say, because their school requires it. But others of these 20 somethings are no longer in college - but masked to the eyeballs, and making their toddlers wear a mask. Very bizarre.
Well they may have jobs with multi national companies who require it. It is conditioning for the New World Order.
