Jimmy Kimmel Calls Caitlyn Jenner an ‘Ignorant A-hole’ for Calling Out California’s Decline

ABC’s late-night host Jimmy Kimmel has called Caitlyn Jenner an “ignorant a-hole” in response to the California gubernatorial candidate’s recent interview with Fox News’ Sean Hannity during which Jenner addressed California’s population exodus and homelessness crisis.

On Thursday’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live!, host Jimmy Kimmel attempted to portray Caitlyn Jenner as out-of-touch because she conducted the Hannity interview from a private airplane hangar. Kimmel also mocked Jenner’s comment about a pilot friend who Jenner said is moving to Arizona due to California’s exploding homeless population.

It sounds like Kimmel's comment was entirely without serious consideration of the facts or issues.

It was just, "If you disagree with me, you must be ignorant and an a-hole.

Also, I didn't see any punchline in there.

Maybe he's given up on those.

Bruce Jenner could actually have gotten elected - or come as close as any Republican could.

But the gender thing confuses and disorients too many people.

Whatever Caitlyn talks about, half the people listening are wondering about Jenner, not thinking about the issues Jenner is addressing.

Same thing with Bill Nye in the late 90s. He was apolitical back then and used his fame on TV to ACTUALLY promote science to kids. Now all he cares about is pushing a political agenda and wrapping it in a (pseudo) “science” veneer.
