LeBron James has expressed regret over a tweet he posted last month about the police-involved shooting death of Ohio teen Ma’Khia Bryant.
'I fueled the wrong conversation about Ma'Khia Bryant and I owe it to her and this movement to change it,' the Los Angeles Lakers forward wrote on Twitter on Monday.
James included a link to an article by Vox race reporter Fabiola Cineas which criticized Columbus Police Officer Nicholas Reardon's decision to shoot 16-year-old Bryant at the moment it appeared she was about to stab another woman.

Now about that vaccine, Lebron....
We aren’t winning. We’re getting killed and we’ve got virtually no one in the GOP to do a damn thing about it.
Expressing regret after shooting yourself in the foot doesn’t stop the bleeding.
Le Bron, Le Bron........as a thoroughbred, stick to playing ball and cease commenting on anything
James has no character or intelligence. Your post made me think about an exchange I once overheard between my battalion commander in Korea (whom I greatly respected) and another officer who was trying to justify his misdeed. The other officer asked my commander, "Are you questioning my integrity?" to which my commander glibly responded, "Oh no. I have no questions whatsoever about your integrity that you haven't already answered."
It was one of the greatest bitch slaps I've ever witnessed in my life.
No, he fueled the only conversation there is to fuel, and it's a one sided rant, hence his rant.
Exactly.
“James included a link to an article by Vox race reporter Fabiola Cineas . . .”

Let me know when he takes a ride along with Deon Joseph, LA police officer , as an attempt at understanding.
LeBron you are still fueling the wrong conversation.
The conversation you should be starting is about the Black community and your own experience as a Black child is a good place to start.
Why did you grow up without a father at home.
Why did this girl end up in foster care.
Why is violence the first reaction in so many conflicts amongst Black youth.
The time between the arrival of the officer that shot this girl and the time he shot her was less than a minute and no one already present ever gave him a chance to start a conversation, so how was he going to mediate a resolution to the conflict already consumed by violence.
LeBron, the conversation that should be occurring is; how can the Black community resolve the issues that drive the violence that consumes your community.
It is not the police that is killing the Black race it is the Black race’s culture.
Your community should return to its Christian roots and personal responsibility.
If you want to improve your people’s lives that is the conversation to start.
