Would like to see the text of the bill. Does it ban the whole assembled weapon or just the lowers for AR 15 platforms. Can AR uppers still be manufactured.
Get ahold of as many 80 percenters as you can as I predict there will be a brisk market for them in the future.

Semi-auto rifles were still available all during Clinton’s ban. They simply removed the flash suppressor, bayonet lug and made the folding stock permanent, then sold them anyway.
As for magazines, there were millions floating around. You could still get a 30 rd magazine marked “For Police Use Only” if you knew where to look.
I have a nice Browning Hi-Power magazine blocked to ten rounds. Lucky I have others that still hold 12.
The US military, National Guard, Police number about 2,500,000 men.
VS.
20,000,000 civilian semi-auto rifle owners, and maybe 75 million other firearm owners, and over 400,000,000 firearms out there. 250,000,000 high cap magazines in private hands.
Let me say it again, Two hundred fifty million high cap magazines floating around in the public.
And the government thinks they can “regulate” that?
Ten years from now Congress will be banning “assault knives”.
I believe there is already a ban on “Ballistic Knives”.

To complete their democrat communist take over of America, they will produce legislation to ban the US Constitution. This country will be known to all as “The United States of Communist Amerika.” USCA.
Reminds me of a photo of Chuckie Schumer having lots of fun blasting away with a large semi-auto pistol. His smile shows that such fun should not be given to the “Great Unwashed”.
What the Democrats aka Demoncrats want people to forget is the 2nd Amendment was to protect law abiding citizens from the government running amok and trying to seize power...much lke they are doing today. Remember Alinsky’s rules:
4. Gun Control – Remove the ability to defend themselves from the government. That way you are able to create a police state.
Doesn’t help that we have Freepers who still think chunks of the Constitution are “ceremonial.”
I may not be an expert, but I find it hard to picture the founding fathers saying, “and now lets ad some ceremonial stuff that isn’t meant to be taken seriously.”
The FBI is no doubt grooming and cajoling a patsy into committing a postal event as we speak. Sadly the patsy will die in the false flag event, and whomever it is was (feeb handler) that witnesses report was doing the shooting with the patsy will mysteriously disappear and be dismissed as witnesses lying eyes. Nobody in the media will even question the suspicious timing of the false flag and the rush to get this bill passed.

Apparently they reworded the definition then. Used to be “fully automatic as an option with a selective switch” was the definition.
