A federal judge has reinstated a Michigan County voting fraud case after the county clerk dismissed it.
This week, Judge Kevin Elsenheimer issued two separate orders to immediately reinstate the Antrim County election fraud case, ruling the clerkâs non-service dismissal was improper.
Antrim County received national attention after it was discovered more than 5,000 votes for President Donald Trump were allegedly flipped to Joe Biden. Michigan Democrat Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson blamed the possible vote switch on a âclerical error.â
Despite those findings, Antrim County Clerk Sheryl Guy dismissed the case without notice. According to reports, Guy claimed the computer malfunction was entirely her fault, resulting in a 7,048 vote swing when only nearly 16,000 votes were cast.
âI do think I know what happened,â Guy said. âI believe that when we got a new flash drive, we shouldâve pulled all of our jurisdictions back and reprogrammed them. We did not do that.â
Guy has been listed as a material witness in the case and is being charged with receiving and maintaining court records.
In the meantime, activists have raised alarms for another incident of voter fraud in the state where one county had more voters registered than eligible citizens in that county.
âThe reality is that Michiganâs voter rolls are inflated and they have been inflated for some time,â Jason Snead, executive director of the Honest Elections Project said. âIn fact, a year ago we did data analysis and pointed out to state officials that there are records in a number of counties that had more voters registered than voting age eligible citizens in those counties.â
Attorneys now have until April 8 to complete their discovery phases, while a settlement conference is slated for May 11.

Damn, she dismissed the case of a “mistake” that she herself was responsible for?
Nothing strange with that.
Not yet, they’ll claim that the clerk of the court (fell on her sword and) showed it was a clerical error. Funny that ... it is necessary to update software while an election is in progress. If these systems are so trustworthy, election system in place with safeguards, why are any updates necessary. I mean, how difficult is it to count votes?

Did the clerk issue a detailed report with the complaint - explain the facts, what happened, a full analysis and conclusion? If not, the clerk is more than likely a demonkkrap and gets a free pass and no one is allowed to question a demonkkrap. The truth has spoken.
It would be great if they declared bankruptcy because they couldn’t afford their own legal fees. I wouldn;t be surprised if there are others with an interest in the litigation dong $omething in the background.
The ONLY way to use computers to count votes is to create an Open Software Foundation for open-source software and do not allow proprietary software. Dominion and others can convert to an open-source business model where they provide hardware, training and support, but they do NOT provide proprietary code. All code would be available for everybody to update and modify as they see fit compliant with open source requirements.

If the Georgia Secretary of State is in charge of voting he has the responsibility of enforcing the state’s regulations as to who votes. And eliminate those from voter lists who don’t qualify.
Assign prosecutors to personally canvass and investigate. Check if military actually voted by asking them. Identify all voters by checking on legal age their residency and citizenship. If found they do not qualify charge Illegals including state visitors known as snowbirds also include any technical computer fraudulent Italian programming testimony when presenting to the court and get these election results tossed.

As long as this case has been going on, you’d think OANN would know the judge is not a Federal judge.
Sounds overly complicated. It's just a bunch of tabulated data why would they need multiple thumb drives for just a bunch of 1's and 0's? And even if they did, it shouldn't be so easy to screw it up. Sounds like the devices are faulty at best, perhaps deliberately so.
Even if it is proven that this whole election was a coup to illegally install Biden there is no method of charging treason and Trump is installed as President. The communists have successfully taken over America and doubt never change back. Don’t hope for anything from the Supreme Court.

More likely the reporter has confused the federal District Court Clerk with the Antrim County Clerk (who is a Republican, by the way).
I like OANN, but English is apparently not the native language of the reporter. This report reads like it was written by someone who had a plateful of really bad mushrooms.
