Why hasn't the Supreme Court demanded a correction to the unconstitutional rules enacted at the state levels?

The million dollar question. We have no standing?

That process was being done........it was interrupted by Q Followers being led by Antifa infiltrators to enter the Capitol by smashing windows and doors down.

Q Followers are to blame for the Objects ceasing.

You must have been napping during that part of the day.......

I have zero interest in anything Pence or the rest of the DC cabal have to say.

Pence will never have my support, ever again. He had his chance and he blew.

If the states held illegal elections then the problem should have been fixed in the states. At a bare minimum, the legislatures of those states should have convened and voted for a different slate of electors. It’s not Mike Pence’s fault that they refused to do anything about their own fraudulent elections.

“Accordingly, had he done so, it would have triggered a Constitution crisis.”

Not sure what you’re saying. All he was asked to do was postpone the vote until the 5 states could investigate. By Jan 20, the vote would’ve happened with the same or different set of electors. Completely Constitutional.

Pence will be perfect for the Heritage Foundation to bring in RiNO donors, but otherwise, he gone.

It’s all about instant, simple gratification. State legislatures and election laws and slates of electors? What’s all that about?

Nah, I just want that one guy to stand up and declare Trump is President and then we all just go with it!

As if choosing to run a society based on ad hoc law won’t come back to bite you. Sub-Saharan African nations do that all the time. When you’re in power, you literally send out death squads to murder the opposition and keep power. When you lose power, you hide because the death squads come for you. And I’m not speaking figuratively. I’m talking about literal groups of a dozen guys with automatic weapons who drive around in a pickup truck killing people in the middle of the night with state sanction.

That’s a hard pass from me. President Trump is still able to advance the cause. In fact, he no longer has the restrictions of being the sitting president nor all the distractions of basic governance. I’m excited to see what he has for us.

I was disappointed in, not only Pence, but the other Senators who caved because of the Jan 6 riots. A good leader has a spine. Too many R’s don’t.

Your explanation.. rules.. laws.. constitution....

please explain how the dem party ended up with the house.. the senate... and the oval office.. by breaking every law and changing what the constitution says to what they needed.

if you are in a war and you are the only one playing fair.. YOU WILL LOSE!. And all of us pay the price

The Writ of King George is the highest law in the land. We all live under the law or we live in anarchy. To not support the Writ of King George is to not support America. I will not support anarchy. I support the rule of law and prosecuting those who violate the rule of law, under the law, so we don't have to murder each other just to get breakfast.

You think the VP has the unilateral authority to postpone a Congressional proceeding whose date is written into Federal law?

No wonder this country is ripe for a communist revolution. THIS WEBSITE is filled with nitwits who are willing to give Kamala Harris all the authority she needs to be a dictator for life.

Yet Pence was ok with certifying the electoral vote! See ya, Mikey!

He had zero authority to do any such thing.

Disagree absolutely. When they cheated, he had all the authority he needed to refuse to accept the cheat.

The Vice President counts the votes. This implicitly gives him the authority to decide what is a vote and what is not a vote.

They play Calvinball, we stomp them into the dirt with the same Calvinball tactics.

He managed to commit career suicide and anger all around him. The .gov was demanding he remove Trump immediately, and his own party was demanding he deal with the fraud. By doing neither, he ended up with no friends and probably no future.

His own party did no such thing. How soon a 93-7 vote in the GOP controlled Senate to certify the steal goes down the memory hole. In fact Pence was doing the bidding of his own party who wanted President Trump out of the White House and the swamp back in business.

Talk to the states. The state legislatures are the venue to resolve these issues. Having a king declare a victor is not. Right problem; wrong solution.
