On Monday, the Supreme Court ordered former President Donald Trump’s accountants to releases financial and tax records to prosecutors in New York.
The former president responded in a lengthy statement, calling the ruling “a continuation of the greatest political Witch Hunt in the history of our Country.”

This investigation is a continuation of the greatest political Witch Hunt in the history of our Country, whether it was the never ending $32 million Mueller hoax, which already investigated everything that could possibly be investigated, “Russia Russia Russia,” where there was a finding of “No Collusion,” or two ridiculous “Crazy Nancy” inspired impeachment attempts where I was found NOT GUILTY. It just never ends!
So now, for more than two years, New York City has been looking at almost every transaction I’ve ever done, including seeking tax returns which were done by among the biggest and most prestigious law and accounting firms in the U.S. The Tea Party was treated far better by the IRS than Donald Trump. The Supreme Court never should have let this “fishing expedition” happen, but they did. This is something which has never happened to a President before, it is all Democrat-inspired in a totally Democrat location, New York City and State, completely controlled and dominated by a heavily reported enemy of mine, Governor Andrew Cuomo. These are attacks by Democrats willing to do anything to stop the almost 75 million people (the most votes, by far, ever gotten by a sitting president) who voted for me in the election—an election which many people, and experts, feel that I won. I agree!
The new phenomenon of “headhunting” prosecutors and AGs—who try to take down their political opponents using the law as a weapon—is a threat to the very foundation of our liberty. That’s what is done in third world countries. Even worse are those who run for prosecutorial or attorney general offices in far-left states and jurisdictions pledging to take out a political opponent. That’s fascism, not justice—and that is exactly what they are trying to do with respect to me, except that the people of our Country won’t stand for it.
In the meantime, murders and violent crime are up in New York City by record numbers, and nothing is done about it. Our elected officials don’t care. All they focus on is the persecution of President Donald J. Trump.
I will fight on, just as I have, for the last five years (even before I was successfully elected), despite all of the election crimes that were committed against me. We will win!
Its just more evidence to me that everything the deep state did from 2016 up to Nov. 3 2020 was a coup.
If this were normal politics, they would simply stop talking about Trump. But radicals must demonize and destroy him their opponents. It is indeed the stuff of radical revolution and counter-revolution.
I actually felt with Trump in the office, the country was as safe as it could be. Our enemies feared him.

Kavanaugh got Collins’ vote because he told her is was ok with Roe v Wade and she said so in her statement before the vote. We always knew is would be a liberal... just didn’t know that he would be so unfair to the guy who appointed him. Liberal, elitist, self-serving.... that’s our party boy!! No loyalty except to self.
It’s the government versus the people. Trump stood in the way, but the massive election fraud stopped him, and now they’re all joining in their Jihad against the Constitution.

I have worked in third world nations and that is a correct statement.
At times when there is no choice and civil law has broken down and people are without recourse, THE HUNTED BECOME THE HUNTERS. That is why they want to take our guns away, as at heart and philosophy they are despots.
I have seen this in the past.
Point of history: The Constitution of Venezuela was modeled on the American Constitution. That Constitution is now null and void and rewritten by Chavez and Maduro. The Constitution had one fatal flaw. It did not have the second amendment. Thus the despots won. That is why they want to take our guns.

Seems there is already a 6-3 liberal majority on SCOTUS, and Gorsuch is wobbly. No need to pack the Court when 3 Republican appointees bow to their Deep State masters.
A Manhattan jury would convict him in an hour. Count on it!
I forgot to add this comment. When I lived and worked in Venezuela pre Chavez it was the most prosperous and free nation in South America. I liked working there.
Today it is a hell hole of misery, poverty, crime, starvation, oppression and fear. Fear is the prime tool the government uses.

Where’s this extremist conservative partisan SCOTUS everyone keeps healing about?? When does THAT SCOTUS hear cases?? It’d even settle for a Constitutionalist court with logic and common sense, and we can’t even get that.
Probably...but we’re talking state and city returns (New York City has an income tax of its own).

I thought that the Constitution required “probable cause” that a crime has been committed in order to gain access to your personal papers and documents. What is the evidence that a crime was committed? Haven’t these tax records already been audited by the designated authority?

In this country, prosecutors are supposed to investigate crimes not investigate people in search of a crime. Democrat prosecutors have now adopted the Soviet adage “Show me the man and I will show you the crime.”
Exactly. The irs and NY State taxation review his taxes. There is zero legal reason to release. They want to expose every entity he does business with to cancel them too.
