I was being ironic and generally one crime syndicate does not like the other but they will do business with each other. Russian oligarchs are in bed with what ever makes them money. most dont understand that theses groups do not have friends and generally hate any perceived power greater then there own... the demarcates are not in bed with them both think they are in control and will try to take out the other if they can.
