Trump had to face about several thousand of these phony contrived outrages by the DNC press and hack liberal sources. He showed what you do. NEVER, EVER play their game. Punch back twice as hard. Troll them and mock them without mercy.
He is a member of a legislature body - the Senate.
As such he has no control of anything going on in Texas. The Executive and his staff of the state and municipalities have all the authority and responsibility. Other than it gives the loony left some ammunition, I see nothing wrong with getting out of town.
I like Cruz. He is one of us and has a brilliant mind. He has been in Trump’s corner since the primary season ended.
Weather caused a statewide emergency. I recall landing in Dallas around mid nite on a business trip. One inch of snow they shut down the airport. We were all stranded. A taxi driver from PA got me to the hotel.one week no room service or maid service cause of one inch of snow.
So it’s haters fault that Cruz flew he and his family to Cancun while
3 million of his fellow Texans were left without power, water and probably food.
