I have to think Gov Ivey would be the favorite here especially what is looking like a red wave next year at least in the house

This is about the third early election cycle in a row where
the Republicans have jumped ship in mass.
Kind of hard to keep the majority when you’re losing folks
all the time.
Incumbents have the best chance. We’re just handing that
seniority over.

Do t think so. That woman is crazier than a runt over dog.
I’m guessing Brad Byrne. Why else would he give up his seat in the House to Jerry Carl?

You think Granny Kay is Congressional material? Yeah, she’s a nice old lady, but that’s the reason why she shouldn’t run. She be eaten alive up there.

Or: People under extortion being given the opportunity to leave.

Red wave
The elections will be a total joke. More so than 2020.
Forget about the votes. The dems count the votes.

Thanks. I don’t think most of the folks I’m talking about
are 86. Some of them have been middle aged.

Shelby is 86. Whatever GOP guy replaces him is a lock for the seat. Trump’s margin was 25%.

I sometimes think that most of them just can not stand the idea of having to actually be conservative. They look at Trump supporters and think that we are nuts and that the only way to survive is to quit and roll over for the Democrats. Fight and go down a man, not fall to your knees and beg permission to live as a slave. (Oops, I hope that does not offend anyone!!!! lol)

No more women elected officials, please. They’ve been the bane of our existence.
Flame on. I won’t apologize.

Thanks for the mention.
I hardly ever hear of a Democrat jumping ship, and a lot of
these folks aren’t in the same age range as Shelby.

What seniority? Term limits for committees mean no one has seniority. The GOP retards who came up with committee term limits need to get over their impatience and learn to wait their turn. These committee term limits are leading to routine election losses, as pols who term limit out decide getting sent back to the minors isn’t worth the aggravation.
