Thunberg: Green New Deal ‘Very Far from Being Enough’ — We Can’t Negotiate with the Laws of Physics
Breitbart ^ | 01/22/2021 | Pam Key

Posted on 01/22/2021 12:57:02 PM PST by ChicagoConservative27

Swedish environmental activist Greta Thunberg said Friday on MSNBC that the Green New Deal introduced by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) is “very far from being enough” action on climate.

Thunberg said, “How can we expect people will want climate action? How can we expect people to support any kind of action when the general public welcome awareness is so low when it comes to the climate. We have not been made aware of what is happening because the climate crisis has never once has been treated as a crisis. So how can we expect a to happen when we aren’t treating this crisis like a crisis.”

Is Greta going to wow us with her vast knowledge of the “Laws of Physics” now? That would be fun stuff.

It must be awful living in an unheated home and having to eat all one’s food raw.

Getting around by bicycle shouldn’t be too difficult however.

Watch for the walls gal, it’s dark in Sweden now.

Laws of physics? You probably dont know what they are. You have no problem denying biologogical laws.

“She’d put one in the back of your head for the cause. No questions asked. See it in her eyes.”

You got that right. No emotion, no remorse, just machine-like. Nothing will ever be enough for these people.

I thought she did wake up on her 18th birthday?

Or was she just drunk that day?

There was a most excellent article posted on how "settled science" wasn't so settled, wherein:

seems that Earth has been misplaced. According to a new map of the Milky Way galaxy, the Solar System's position isn't where we thought it was. Not only is it closer to the galactic centre - and the supermassive hole therein, Sagittarius A* - it's orbiting at a faster clip.

It further noted other "errors" in SCIENCE:

A good recent example of this is the red giant star Betelgeuse, which turned out to be closer to Earth than previous measurements suggested. This means that it's neither as large nor as bright as we thought. Another is the object CK Vulpeculae, a star that exploded 350 years ago. It's actually much farther away, which means that the explosion was brighter and more energetic, and requires a new explanation, since previous analyses were performed under the assumption it was relatively low energy

Next time some dope spouts off about science, remind them " SCIENCE IS NOT MATHEMATICS."

And who is this “WE”, darlin’? YOU do not speak for the United States. You are an uneducated, autistic, thoroughly brainwashed parrot who likes to run her mouth. So does the crow in the front yard. I don’t take advice from him, and I sure don’t take parroted lib garbage from you. Shut your mouth and open a book.

I would like to ask that little girl, face to face, if she would be in favor of culling 2/3rds of the population from the earth in order to save it.

I think I know how she would answer, if she were to answer the truth out loud.

I have a nephew with Asperger's Syndrome. And he,like "Greta",is as smart as they come. I've never heard my sister quote an IQ but I can easily believe it's 130...or above.

But he,like "Greta",doesn't have the first motherbleepin' clue what the world...or life, for that matter...is about.

Even if she does, why stop? It’s been fun and profitable.
