Things seem to be working backwards at The Commons on St. Anthony nursing home in Auburn, New York. Vaccinating people is supposed to reduce or end coronavirus deaths. Right? But, at The Commons, such deaths are reported to have occurred only after residents began receiving coronavirus vaccinations.
James T. Mulder wrote Saturday at syracuse.com that until December 29 there had been no coronavirus deaths at The Commons. December 29, when deaths of residents with coronavirus began occurring at The Commons, is also, Mulder’s article discloses, seven days days after the nursing home began giving coronavirus vaccinations to residents, with 80 percent of residents so far having been vaccinated.
Over a period of less than two weeks since December 29, Mulder relates that 24 coronavirus-infected residents at the 300-bed nursing home have died.
Is the timing just a strange coincidence?

This is the penultimate paragraph of Mulder’s article, where vaccinations at The Commons is mentioned:
The nursing home began vaccinating residents Dec. 22. So far 193 residents, or 80%, and 113 employees, or less than half the staff, have been vaccinated. The nursing home plans to do more vaccinations Jan. 12.

I think they were going to get sick....but the vaccine came too late and hadn’t had time to build in immunity
Don’t hallucinate a question to something I never said or implied.
We don’t know what long term effects of the mRNA vaccines will be. We don’t know because there wasn’t long term testing done. In addition to that why didn’t Moderna and Pfizer accept legal liability for their vaccines if they are so safe? Moderna stands to make 35 billion from the vaccine.
It looks like you accept the covid death number, how about you answer my point in post 34?

I have no problem with the study. The study doesn’t say what you and that conspiracy theory eye doctor want it to say.

How many animal and people who received the vaccine in trials were exposed to the covid virus after the vaccine?

That’s what I wonder - was the vaccine given by “outsiders”? That maybe had just been at another facility that had widespread Covid?
Keep in mind, while the residents of elderly care facilities are generally staying there, many others come and go regularly. The staff working there go home every night, go shopping, visit friends and family, etc. They’re in the community as much as any of us. Friends and family of the residents themselves also visit and are otherwise in the community. And anyone delivering things to the nursing home, maintenance personnel, administrators, inspectors, etc. All of them come in from the outside.
There’s a reason we’ve had such trouble keeping this bug out of nursing homes despite the high cost. That, and Governor Cuomo forcing nursing homes to accept known infected patients. But that’s another story.
CDC currently reports 10 covid vaccine deaths through the end of December.
Where are you seeing that? And which vaccine? Pfizer? Moderna? One of the others?

you missed my point; I use the example of my father to point out the generic quality of the underlying cause of ‘ischemic caridiac disease’ and how it isn’t normally a cause of death, but a symptom...I suspect the same generic value of covid cert inclusion...

I thought you had real data from somewhere. Like this link from January 6th which states in part that "No deaths from anaphylaxis were reported after receipt of Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine."
