Sure, an officer may use deadly force when he believes he or others may suffer death or great bodily injury. So, all the officer needs to do here is to document exactly what made him believe that an unarmed woman was going to kill or cause great bodily harm to him or others. Should be simple enough.

There are multiple indicators of this in the video and stills to include nail polish, weak wrist, beaded bracelet, smooth pudgy non-angular fingers (no gloves).
