The shooter was ALSO a SHE.. Black female, 100%. There are multiple indicators of this in the video and stills to include nail polish, weak wrist, beaded bracelet, smooth pudgy non-angular fingers (no gloves). I'm gonna say an older, top heavy, short and stalky black female, 45-55.. Butch hair, older with slightly receding hair line up top.
