I know what you mean. Ultimately the people have to be the ultimate watchdogs and judges. But as a people we have turned a blind eye to so much. Almost the exact time that China entered the WTO, 9/11 happened. That was one of the many sins of our country He was warning us about, I believe. We can’t just care about having freedom and a just society for ourselves. And if our elected officials and media don’t stand up for what’s right, we have to.
I’m comforted by the fact that Jesus is victor! A comfort that not many Democrats have. But our nation needs to repent in so many ways while also fighting this coup.
