Attorney L. Lin Wood, who has made some of the boldest claims of voter fraud in the 2020 presidential election, tweeted Friday that Vice President Mike Pence could face arrest and imprisonment for treason, and execution by firing squad.

It’s cool, it was the 90’s.

We learned a lesson too.
Don’t put out a liquid fire with your hands.
The liquid gets on your hands, which then burn...

In a Cousin Eddie kind of way?

I think Pence is complicit and a snake. The proof is that the swamp NEVER goes after him in a meaningful way. All this time as VP and the left has hardly even lifted a finger against him. They tried so hard to take Trump out KNOWING that Pence would be President if they succeeded. Therefore he is either on the swamp payroll or a totally ineffective politician good for nothing but exploiting taxpayers for his own benefit.

Lin Wood has jumped the Shark in a big way and is losing his credibility.

Either someone has hacked his Twitter account, or he’s had a serious mental breakdown. If the latter, I pray for his health and safety.

President Trump keeps promising amazing details on January 6. Could it be that Wood is making these even more extraordinary and ridiculous claims to offset the fact that Trump’s claims are also going to be totally false?

Wood is settling himself up to be the object of laughter in derision instead of the president.

There was a law passed in 1887 that addressed the role of the Vice President in the matter of the electoral college vote.

1. The suit that was filed against Pence claims that law is and was unconstitutional. That is an argument a lawyer can make - that that law alters what the Constitution says on the matter but does so unconstitutionally, being only a law and not a Constitutional amendment; however:

a. The law has not met that Constitutional challenge before, and

b. Congresses have been following that law since it was passed.

2. Recently - with all I just noted above to be apparent, a judge indicated that the suit against Pence was misdirected, as it is the House and the Senate that would need to be sued for a law they passed, not Pence for following that law.

3. Lin Wood seems to think that after more then 100 years, Pence is supposed be a Vice President that suddenly denies the validity of a law Congress passed and by himself declare that law to be unconstitutional, leaving him to conduct things differently than that law spelled out.

Wanting someone to “do the right thing” when you think you know what they should do, and what they could do, requires (a) having the legal facts straight, and going the the proper legal steps to insure what you think ought to be done can be done without any dispute that would hold it up before it needs to be done.

Lin may be right, conceptually, but the legal challenge to make possible what he thinks Pence ought to do needed to have been submitted to SCOTUS over a year ago and as a suit with Congress as the plaintiff and not the Vice President.

I think Lin has his heart in the right place but is legally in over his head, and failing to realize that he lops accusations (treason) that are quite likely legally incorrect.

I think he’s just a quiet career, don’t rock the boat, politician. He certainly doesn’t come off as remotely “Alpha”.

Bannon always gives a mention to Lin Wood. Calls him great patriot and brilliant lawyer. Maybe Pence is not in it to win it. Stonewalling- maybe in cahoots with Mitch and Nancy to shut down debate? Who knows.

I know the Lin sounds pretty wild, but for some reason I think it’s orchestrated and intentional. Your explanation sounds plausible.

It’s not impossible that Lin knows something terrible about Pence. Personally, I never felt 100% on board with Pence - just the way he speaks sets off my radar. We’ve been told for a long time that this whole exposing event (if it happens) is going to be Biblical, epic, etc. That we’re going to tend not to believe things, so we have to see them unfold first. The election fraud is a good example of that. Actually seeing what they’ve done rather than just being told.

I just don’t know, but I just have the feeling that there’s a lot more behind these whacko tweets than meets the eye. They remind me of those short-lived twitter feeds of Brother Rob and Sister Elizabeth. lol They were wild.
