As others have said, how is that the “right” thing? That is withholding information about a potential president of the country. Does the public NOT have the right to know if a candidate is corrupt and possibly compromised by a foreign government? Since when does running for political office make a person immune from investigation?

And in so doing, guaranteed that the nation would end being
a Republic, and turn into a Totalitarian Communist dictatorship.

Yeah, is there any award we could give him?

Barr did the right thing.

*************

According to what regulation, directive, order, act, law, etc.?

The DOJ’s mission is to seek just punishment for those guilty of unlawful behavior and to ensure fair and impartial administration of justice for all Americans. How is protecting the son of a political candidate fair and impartial justice?

What justifies this kind of protection and sensitivity for political reasons? If this is OK then what are the limits on political protection? Are political considerations now a factor in justice?

Barr is just another Swamp creature protecting the Deep State. If one of Trump’s sons had done what Biden’s son did DOJ would have gone after them with a vengeance.

"Barr did the right thing" for himself and the Deep State.

Fixed it for you.

“Barr did the right thing.”

Perhaps. But if only one side does the right thing for fifty years and the other side consistently and shamelessly uses the justice dept for political gain or for protecting the members of the ruling class from things that would get regular people years in federal prison, how does that work out?

I assure you, the Biden justice dept will not learn from Barr’s good example. Watch the ginned up indictments come down in the next twelve months.

At this point, American government is about nothing except power and the ability to use it to acquire more money and power for one’s tribe and one’s friends. We have to stop pretending that there is any principle left and realize that the Republic is over. We live in Nietzsche’s world now.

We played by the rules and lost again. People like you enable it. The rules are whatever favor Democrats.

Barr did the right thing.

—————————

Oh you were so full of it. For several reasons. First let me remind you that Hillary Clinton was the first presidential candidate ever to be investigated while running for office. Twice.

If a Rat like Comey could do that to Clinton, then why shouldn’t Barr investigate Hunter? Secondly. Now that the election is over do you really expect Barr to investigate Hunter and Joe?

Sure he will. Just like he has that idiot clown Durham investigating the Russian collusion fraud from all those many years ago.

Sure he did - b/c we insignificant little people have no right to know that a candidate for the world’s most powerful office is owned by the communist Chinese.

Barr is a man of integrity and he followed the rules and procedures that have been broken by others. People here get pissed because he didn’t follow the example of Comey or McCabe and break the rules to favor a political agenda.

Either you follow the rules and guidelines or you don’t - can’t have it both ways.
