When one side can cheat in exactly those areas they need to at the end of an election day when they see how much they need to cheat by, they disenfranchise all who voted including in Texas and every other state.
When it impacts their standing as part of the union, I believe they can. One state can not be given carte blanche to destroy another state’s vote by fraudulent means. That would give them the right to essentially declare independence from the “union”...at least their laws.
Apparently,some states are more equal than others.

I agree with your post except I don’t think it’s an explicit quid pro quo. Kemp and the GOP want Trump gone for their own reasons. The Dems want the Senate because they want control of appropriations. Although, if they don’t get it they will happily use GOP control as an excuse to not pass the AOC craziness.
