Fox news:

155, ORIG. TEXAS V. PENNSYLVANIA, ET AL. The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot. Statement of Justice Alito, with whom Justice Thomas joins: In my view, we do not have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within our original jurisdiction. See Arizona v. California, 589 U. S. ___ (Feb. 24, 2020) (Thomas, J., dissenting). I would therefore grant the motion to file the bill of complaint but would not grant other relief, and I express no view on any other issue.

Quite possible. But indictment is not the same as conviction.

He did an interview a bout 1 week after the election it was excellent and he explained this Congressional action.

He was almost cheated out of an election a long time ago by democrat’s who rigged the machines and it would not allow any one to vote for him. he went on to say that he had the people who wanted to vote for him but couldn’t because of the machines write his name/ their vote on a wall and when they were all tallied he won. He knows Trump was cheated and knows that Congress could right the wrong.

Now, it’s time to join arms with Trump and stand up a political machine that will attack and destroy the Establishment in 2022 and 2024. We can do it and we must do it.

Well stated. Dominion delenda est!

It was always a bit of a longshot to begin with but I thought that at least they’d move it to oral arguments and let Texas make its case. Sad that it was summarily dismissed.

Apparently the plan was to quash this ASAP and not let the peons have their day in court. IMHO, this attitude is as wrong and unpatriotic as it can be.

Question for everyone: Is there anything the can be done now to save this corrupted election?

“Barrett had a lot of kids to threaten.”

My very FIRST thought.
Such sad times.

It’s interesting that Trump is yet to tweet anything about the ruling...

I am pointing out reality.

I have said this many times over the last few weeks.

Conservatives preach logic, reason, and law.
Liberals practice emotion, power, and violence.

Guess which one is more effective?

Why would you expect a mother to take a stand when she knows what will happen to her kids if she does? Or a father whose adoptive children are perhaps not legal as could be. Or the one who has lived and worked in DC for decades?

Was it cowardly? Yes. Most people are cowards. Most people on FR are cowards. Hell, at times I am. I would prefer to live a quiet life.

But to expect 9 people to take on the Swamp is mad. It isn’t going to happen. The SCOTUS judges did not get to where they are without knowing how the game is played.

And people keep expecting some sort of Deus Ex Machina to appear and do the work. Here is what you, and everyone here needs to internalize.

There is no one coming. You must self rescue. No one is going to help.

Be free, but don’t expect anyone to do ANYTHING for you. Live morally, but don’t expect others will do so. Be honorable, but know that the reason Honor was held up as something to aspire to is because it is so rare.

But first you have to acknowledge reality. And that begins with realizing institutions will do the easy thing to minimize their discomfort before doing anything to help. The Catholic church hid horrible abuses for decades, because facing the fact they had a problem with devil worshiping buggery was embarrassing. An institution dedicated to God and morals used that ego to bugger children.

The Boy Scouts knew they had an assault problem. They chose to hide it in order to protect their standing. Now they are going to die.

And don’t get me started on the crap in schools. That makes both the Catholic church and the boy scouts look like small fish.

Now those two institutions had a lot more reason to be honorable, to do the right thing. And they chose the easy way out. Covered it up. Blamed the victim. Accused the people trying to protect their loved ones as evil.

Yet somehow, the kings in black dresses who have been selected by political appointment and vote by the “swamp” are supposed to be computers that rule according to the law.
They are not. They took the Ticket in order to get where they are. They have betrayed us with so many small things, why would they be faithful on a big thing?

No one is coming. It is up to us. Do what you can and put not your faith in Princes.

A New York jury would convict Trump on anything.

"The SCOTUS are a bunch of spineless useless idiots."

And they'll be even more useless idiots once Biden and Harris pack the court. The Republicans could and should have dealt with voter fraud many times over in the past 20 years when they had control of both House of Congress for extended periods of time, but they chose not to do anything after the 2000 election went to the Supreme Court. I will never vote ever again in whatever years I have remaining on this earth. I've said it before, but this time I'm done.

The vote I cast on November 3rd here in New York State for President Trump was probably voided by one of those fraudulent ballots in Georgia, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania...especially those illegal ballots transported over the NY State line to Pa. That vote could have been the last one I ever cast in my lifetime. I'm thoroughly pissed that I've been disenfranchised by criminals. I won't let it happen again. I will request that my name be removed from the voter rolls, and ask for. verification that it has been done.

> Those four states deprived the other certain states of President Trump. Doesn’t that hurt those states

Texas at least has the Constitutional right to be heard, but SCOUTS didn't grant them that, therefore IMHO they have killed Federalism and have rendered themselves moot and no longer have any purpose ...

My guess is that the GOP will be allowed to win both U.S. Senate seats in Georgia. These elections are fixed, and I believe the RINOs struck a deal with the Democrats to sink Trump. The Republican governors of Georgia and Arizona are in on the deal. The Republican majority in the legislatures in the four disputed states have been bribed or intimidated into not overturning the corrupt results. I suspect McConnell and McCarthy struck a deal with Obama not to protest the fixed results as long as the GOP keeps the Senate. The business wing of the Democratic Party (Wall Street. Big Pharma/Big Tech) wants a Republican Senate to curb the AOC/Sanders crazies and their soak the rich and anti-business schemes. The Supreme Court taking a dive on the Texas lawsuit is self-defense from Court packing if the Democrats win a majority in the Senate.

With Biden or Harris in the White House, big deals with China can resume, and the cheap labor express will be on track. The Uniparty is back in the saddle, even if the thoroughbred that was the USA becomes a candidate for the abattoir.

In short, the USSC just destroyed the ‘law and order’ part of our Republic.

The USSC destroyed our Republic in '73 when it authorized the taking of innocent human life by the millions. This whirlwind was long in coming. Trump's miracle run for office was our temporary reprieve from destruction. We still have until the 14th (Monday) before the Fat Lady to sings. Pray, fast, and beg God for four more years to make amends while it's still possible to do so.

A major goal of the Communists has been to make us lose faith in our institutions, our government, our way of life. They just succeeded. Mark the date: December 11, 2020.
