I think if a majority of 26 or more States join, I would think SCOTUS has to listen.

Indiana should join Texas in their suit against the swing states that violated their own constitutions on elections.
Governor Eric Holcomb’s political future depends on him doing the right thing for the citizens of Indiana who overwhelmingly voted for President Trump and will not tolerate corrupt States being allowed to cancel Indiana’s vote!
West Virginia seceded from Virginia during the Civil War so I don’t see why not.

In Ohio, all statewide office holders are Republican. Dave Yost is AG and I think he will join soon. He would be crazy not to.
