That to me is the number one thing. Of course that assumes that the MSM would cover it - which they wouldn’t.
With Watergate they had the “smoking gun” of the tapes. However, Watergate was for the most part a story that was scripted by Nixon’s enemies to point everything directly to him. So that makes it easy to “freeze and focus” one’s attacks ala Alinsky.

Could Barr possibly be opening the way for all the evidence, data and witnesses to go straight to the Supreme Court, with trying to remain ‘neutral’ in the meantime?

What you’re looking at in Russia now is the outcome, over a hundred years after the communist revolution there happened, of the failure of the communist revolution and the demise of the party.
What you’re looking at in the U.S. right now... is the early stage of an attempted takeover of the United States by the domestic faction of the same failed group of communist ideologues... which puts us around 1916 in the historical parallel... right before the Reds go nuts and start executing everyone, including their own who adhere to the “wrong” factions.
History not quite that linear, of course... as there wasn’t a Chinese Communist Party backing the Russian Revolution of 1917... but, that event also didn’t occur WITHOUT “someone” backing it ? Who was that, you might rightly ask ?
Thus far, the conduct of the fraudulent election of 2020 appears on track to ensure that the United States will devolve into civil war in 2021.
You need to come to grips with the fact that, for some, that’s a better outcome than accepting the alternative in Trump winning. And, for others, that’s their desired outcome no matter who wins the election ? Note that it is not an inconsequential distinction being made... given there “should” be no one domestically that views civil war in the U.S. as a “good” ?
Also, realize, that element is not “new”... but has been ongoing as a process since Andrew Jackson ? It is not an interest different than it was in the last set of disputes that resulted in an American civil war ? Lincoln was assassinated only after the end of the war... when he was addressing the problem of control of the currency... getting ready to end American dependence on the banks ?
The “right”... includes a lot of unthinking people who land on the wrong side of the argument. Everyone in the CFR, some without thinking it through at all, have proclaimed an allegiance to something other than the U.S. Constitution ?
The Federalist Society... in the degree they advocate the same errors as were advocated by the Federalist Party before it ceased to exist... have an allegiance to an idea, or a set of ideas, that aren’t inherent to the Constitution ?
What is it that is “different” about America... that is enshrined in the Constitution... that is intrinsically opposed to the ideas of Europeans, the CFR and the Federalist Society ?
He did a good thing by making Durham a special counsel, this continuing the investigation even after Biden gets in. But he has really done nothing about the election, so this statement is meaningless.
On the other hand, since he hasn’t investigated it, he’s not the GOPs personal lawyer or that of Trump, this may be to preserve the appearance of impartiality in case the issue gets elevated.

Sounds like a plan. The first thing GOP voters need to do is to care about electing Republicans exactly as much as the GOP care about representing us. That would be not at all.
We need an opposition party that opposes the progressive-corportist agenda. The GOP has proven in he Age of Trump they never will be that.
I voted Bush, McCain and Romney. Rubio twice. Never again. The GOP has gone a bridge too far in supporting the ongoing coup against POTUS and is clearly a malignant force in Americans politics.

I think a President can’t be exonerated by his own DOJ, he must seek justice through the Judicial Branch.
If AG Barr had indicted Obama co-conspirators, such actions would have been condemned as politically motivated retribution - Nixonian political vengeance.
President Trump needs to win in the courts - not in the justice department.

Disagree. My family will never be slaves on the GOP plantation. For lifetime GOP voters leaving the GOP at this time has great meaning. It’s liberating. We will be ruled by the Uniparty if the steals goes through but they will never own our votes and defacto us.
