WASHINGTON (AP) — Attorney General William Barr said Tuesday the Justice Department has not uncovered evidence of widespread voter fraud that would change the outcome of the 2020 presidential election.

First line of the article does not support the headline.
“the Justice Department has not uncovered evidence” is a long ways from saying that there is “No evidence of fraud”.

An unverifiable ballot is not a vote. You can call that fraud, or something else, but allowing such things makes elections meaningless.
